Our commitment

Service 111 Business Computing Ltd, which operates the srvshop.co.il store, considers it important that anyone can browse, choose and buy on this site comfortably, independently and on equal terms - including people with disabilities. We have put work into this, and we keep improving it.

Which standard the site follows

The site is built to meet the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments to a Service) Regulations, 5773-2013 and Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines.

What was actually done

  • Full keyboard navigation across the site, including checkout, with a clear and visible focus indicator.
  • Colour contrast was computed against the AA requirement (4.5:1 for normal text) rather than judged by eye.
  • A correct, hierarchical heading structure, and text labels on form and checkout fields.
  • Alternative text for product images and icons.
  • A responsive layout that adapts to desktop, tablet and phone, with correct text direction in both Hebrew and English.
  • The operating system's "reduce motion" preference is honoured - animation stops for anyone who asked for it.
  • The Hebrew typeface is served by the site itself, so text renders properly on any computer.
  • An accessibility toolbar is available on every page, offering larger text, high contrast, inverted colours, greyscale, highlighted links, a readable font and a reset.
  • The site exists in two languages - Hebrew and English - with a language switch on every page.

Known limitations

Some product descriptions and images come from the distributor's catalogue. We review and correct that content, but a particular product may still carry a description or image that is not yet fully accessible. Please tell us and we will fix it quickly.
