Who we are
srvshop.co.il is the hardware store of SrvIT - Service 111 Business Computing Ltd. We have run business IT systems in Israel since 1996: user support, servers, networks, cloud, backup and information security.
The store started from something simple: customers asked us what to buy, bought the wrong hardware on their own, and then asked us to install it. Better that we sell them what actually fits in the first place.
How we work
We hold no stock. Hardware is ordered from the distributor after your order, so the catalogue tracks distributor pricing rather than a shelf. The price you see includes VAT, and it is the price you pay.
Every product carries a manufacturer or importer warranty. Warranty claims are opened with us - we run them with the importer, including arranging collection or replacement, so you never end up between two call centres.
Who it is for
Our audience is businesses: offices, clinics, small manufacturers, institutes and professional practices - the kind that need reliable hardware and someone who can install and maintain it. You can also buy here as a private individual, in which case the full protections of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law apply to you.
What we are not
We are not an appliance store and we do not sell consumer goods. We sell computing and networking hardware for business, because that is what we maintain day to day and what we can genuinely recommend.
